What You Need To Install an Orbry Linear Tray & Drain
Linear Wet Room Shower Tray
While there is no difference in the tray itself, a linear wet room shower tray is needed to accommodate the drain and drain cover. Orbry wet room shower trays are waterproof and can be installed on timber or solid screeds. The lightweight shower formers have built in falls, and are designed to be fully tiled. Available in a range of sizes, the trays can also be cut down to just the right size – or ordered in your bespoke measurements.

Linear Wet Room Drain
The shower tray will help water flow towards your drain, but you need to make sure your linear drain is correctly installed so that water will drain away properly. The drain has a 50mm deep seal trap with a 42L per minute flow rate and is reversible for multi-directional waste flow. Orbry linear wet room drains can be used with either horizontal or vertical piping using the supplied elbow for vertical waste application. It also comes with a 10-year warranty against manufacturing defects.
Linear Drain Cover
The finishing touch for a linear drain is the cover, and at Orbry we have two stylish options to choose from. For a subtle and seamless look, choose the tileable drain cover, which allows you to use the same tiles as the rest of your wet room floor. This leaves a small gap between the stainless steel parts of the cover for the water to drain away. Alternatively we also stock a stainless steel linear drain cover, for those looking for a clean and modern look.
